The Route to Success

There are seemingly endless ways to start your career as a pharmacy technician.  Starting with work experience, starting with certification, entering an on-the-job training program, enrolling at a pharmacy technician school, doing an internship, the list goes on and on!  Question to the readers, which route is the best (or worst), and why?  Give some advice to those beginning the trek!
